there are no reason :)
if you want to change it.
you can extract the other version's ptf or "custom_theme.dat",
and put it in your converted one with CTFtoolGUI.

This is such an awesome theme! Beatrice is so cute... I was just wondering why there's a "TV" slot between Video and Games that doesn't seem to be used. I'm using 5.50 if that makes a difference.
Edit: nevermind, I figured it out. On a side note, would it be possible for you to upload the wallpaper that's in "Wallpaper 2"? When the PSP gets put into sleep mode it goes back to the Tasty Treat theme again.

sorry I can't fix it as a ctf theme.
but by replacing f0/resource/custom_theme.dat,
the problem may be solved.
