Quick question. Could you do this on a macbook that you are planning to dual-boot with windows?

I'm assuming it's a yes if it's between Chromium OS and Windows though.
i think by this point all linux based OS's come with the ntfs-3g module, so yes. any linux and definitely windows can handle it.
