Basically I have this old rc car that I got for my bday quite a few years ago and I haven't used in ages and I want to give it my little brother. A while ago I took it to my mates house and his sister accidentally broke the controller or something somehow but now it doesn't work. My friends dad offered to fix it but I don't think he did...I checked it today and there are no connections between the joysticks and the connector thingys.....I think that's the problem because the controller turns on and everything. The only problem is that I have no idea how to or where to start with fixing this lol
Any help?? :O EmptyoneWhyowhy
well try simply connecting the joystics to the board, if that doesn't work find all the reast of the broken, or incomplete leads and connections as well, if all else fails, you can just wire the battery directly to the motor in the rc car itself, but that kinda ruins the point of an rc car :P
Seems the controller connections are shot

Take it apart carefully, if any connections are either broken or really dirty then the connection couldve gone. clean them up, and depending on the connection type you may have to solder them back together
what kind is it ?

pictures could help here i think :p
