Although they theoretically can, in practice, the influence of pirated alcohol makes this difficult.

pirate all the way. plus, how are ninjas going to get on the boat that the pirates are on?

the pirates would blow up the ninja boat waaaay before that.

If a Pirate saw a Ninja he'd just think he was way too drunk (delusional). I said IF, Ninjas have sleeping robes as well.
