Endless Paradigm

The cord on my laptop charger was frayed and I didn't know it. I came back from dinner and smelled ozone. Didn't think of anything until my laptop just suddenly stopped charging. Looked down at the charger and sparks were shooting from it. It had to have been doing that for a good 45 minutes. What really gets me is I live in a mobile home and the carpet is so flammable, it goes up like gasoline. So why my house isn't burned down yet is beyond me. There aren't even any scorch marks. Down side to all of this, I have to buy a new charger. But...I'm just baffled.

That sucks, but outside of the charger all is well?

Everything is fine. Nothing got burned in the slightest. The charger is trashed and that's it.
