If it was my actual sister, then that would pretty much be the same as my response. Somewhere between 2 and 3. Actually, I would just wake her up and ask her why the hell she's on my bed, then proceed to take action depending on the response.
If I was playing the game... the goddamn game's just started, I think I'll stall the decision until later with 2, when I know what's going on. Then again, I probably won't be playing a loli imouto themed game, whatever.
