I have tried this on my ipod touch 4th gen running 4.1, and it seems like it works so far!

testing on my ipad now...

confirmed. it works on ipads running 3.2.2

Yeah, the Greenpois0n people are pissed over this and the iPhone dev team was a bit pissed over this. SHAtter will not be released because of this.
