Developer "takka" released ISO Tool v1.73.
With ISO Tool you can patch,decrypt,convert ISOs and much more.

Changelog:
* [BUG] Fix garbage data, it was with sound
* [NEW] ISO in the menu “Get File Creation Update (Make GetUpdater File.)” Added
o Included ※ DATA / get_updater / EBOOT.PBP you need
o ※ The data acquisition was up 6.10 or later is required OFW
ISO to apply the update in step:
1) iso_tool ○ The ISO menu and choose “Get File Creation Update” Run
2) ms0: / PSP / GAME / get_updater_ (UMD_ID) is created
3) the newly created folder, the PSP 6.1 and later moved to OFW
4) XMB to get_updater_ (UMD_ID) that appears, select Update from the menu △
5) update the ms0: / PSP / GAME / (UMD_ID) is created below
6) CFW up to move data for each folder
7) iso_tool ○ Select the ISO from the menu “Game Updates” Run
2 *) was created in ms0: / PSP / GAME / get_updater_ (UMD_ID) may be removed
5 *) was created in ms0: / PSP / GAME / (UMD_ID) is required to play some games (LBP, etc.)
3 *), 6) If the non-PSPgo, MS can be supported by replacement

so does this mean wee can decrypt the god of war demo an a few other games that  won't  run on 5.00m33-6 now

No, not the God of War demo, because It is in Eboot form.  :/
There is no way to currently decrypt the new PSN eboots.   The used to be a program hat did this, but it is no longer compatible.

So until the game is released in UMD form, cfw users are out of luck on playing the new GOW game  

Yep,it's really chocolatety.
Wee can't crack DRM more and so wee can't crack the drm of the new minis in the eu store :(
