The program my intel graphics card installs has a feature to rotate the screen, I want to lay down in bed and see the screen with the correct orientation. Anyone have any idea why it doesn't work? It doesn't give me an error, it just doesn't rotate it. Anyone have any past experience with it? Do I have the wrong drivers?
Did you try pressing Ctrl+Alt+Down ? (I guess you did)

Is the Intel graphics systray thingy open?
Ctrl+Alt+F12?

Mine just has battery, volume, battery status, wireless network, external display, sync center, and presentation settings. The display is Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family
Check your using the right setting application for the right graphics card if you have two.
Check device manager that you graphics driver is detected properly.

Oh god I remember this. Much fun was had rotating people's screens in school. The systray was disabled meaning if you didn;t know the key combo you couldn't rotate it back.
