You might want to look at the post bellow this...

...well ok... first download RCOEdit

then download De-WHATEVA 5.50 rco's

open the rar and drag sysconf_plugin_about.rco to your desktop
[Image: 2wfo93s.jpg]

open rco edit and click the button in the top left corner saying "open RCO"
(Find the rco and open it)

You really only want to edit the ones tagged with EN...

You can replace the other ones tagged with JP and what not with a 1x1 black png since you'll never see em anyways...

(if you want to see a better preview than the small square in the bottom right corner than just double click it and a window will pop up... you can stretch it so you can see the full image...)

Anyways... grab an image you want to edit and select the extract button (or just copy the sizes under the preview and with your photoediting program type them down...)

After you're done editing your image
[Image: 288pmko.jpg]
save as a png (Try other filetypes and quality levels too... I'm only saying png because that's what I'm doing at the moment...
You can ask other people how to make low resource images for the "about psp" slideshow... as I've little experience on this part...)

go back to rco editor and select the image you want to replace...
Press the Replace button and search for your image

(it won't tell you anything, nor is there a save button.  So just wait a few seconds before closing the program)

Now turn your psp on in recovery mode

select Advanced

select Toggle Flash0

on your computer go to vsh/resource

and find sysconf_plugin_about.rco

copy this file onto your computer into a "backup" folder

now copy your edited sysconf_plugin_about.rco into your flash0

exit recovery menu, restart your psp and then go check how you did...
Make an image 480x272 name it (name_plate.png) and save it to your flash0 resource folder. Then when you go to system info you will see a custom name plate. If you upgrade to offical firmware the nameplate will still be there. :)

My faceplate is the laughing man logo from Ghost in the Shell. Ahaa It makes my outer shell mod really cool. Hoho

(By the way my shell mod is clear blue, and going to buy lights later on.)
-there are some offsets in the sysconfg_plugin.prx use the sysconfg_plugin550.hbk in hexworkshop,. you will edit the picture sizes to 480x272 also some fade offsets and time offsets,.
(you can also redirect other languages to the english images so you have the english images show up in all language's,. this can be done in the none-descrambled sysconfg_plugin.prx)
if you want all the images to show you can use 8bit bmp's 480x272

-Also if you look at the TSENEDA p3t theme you will notice he added animations these can be added with rcomage in sysconfg_plugin.rco
Thanks to everyone of you^^

That's my current Nameplate:
