Summing up the story:

Homebrew started this with the idea of using the PSP in a college project. The project was not forward and back then I mellowed. Some time ago I came back to program and decided to make some modifications that leave the HB helpful. I sent just to a friend and he convinced me to distribute publicly.
The idea is: use your PSP as a joystick without any configuration. No drivers or PPJoy. Just run the server on the client PC and the PSP. The PC will play the buttons on the PSP as if it were a keyboard. With this you can configure the inputs of the emulators or games to match the buttons associated with PSP (Numpad keys).

Tested successfully in the models:
- PSP3001 CFW 5:03 GEN-B/C/D
- PSP3001 CFW 5:03 Prometheus
- PSP2000 CFW 5.00 M33-6 with WIFI USB Adapter ENCORE ENUWI G2
- PSP2001 CFW 5:03
- PSP3000 OFW 6:20 (Patapon demo) - It worked once and stopped

In OS:
- Windows 7 x86/x64
- Windows Vista
- Windows XP

Wow, I remember thinking about something like this when I had my PSP, i don't remember if IRshell did it or not but whatever,, it's interesting that there is a program like this. ;D
very cool! till now ive been using Fusa gamepad, which works like a dream by the way however wee all know wireless is so much cooler.
Thank you for this one.
Off-topic:
@Grey Ghost
is fusa gamepad compatible with 5.50 Prometheus?
I've just downloaded it since you said it and I've jsut remembered that it can use psp as pc game controller
But I'm stuck at ">-Connecting-»" and it will just stuck there and will not move on

EDIT:
Nevermind, I've just figured it out
this thing is all in a different language, and im not sure i am getting it to work properly. Can anyone confirm it working?
Hm, too bad there isn't a server for Linux. I bet it'd be pretty easy to port it to Linux though depending on the language the server is written in.
