Endless Paradigm

I think shady is the only one who knows, but I'm at the beach this week with my gf. Wee're at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, if you are interested...

Anyways, every day wee've gone to the beach, and sat out there for like an hour on average. Today, wee made it to an hour and a half, at which point I told her I was bored, and had read enough of my book for now. She started complaining that this is why there should always be at least 2 girls on a beach trip, cause I'm "such a guy" and blah blah. I told her, she knew what she was getting into when she started dating a nerd, and that an hour and a half for me is like 3 for a regular guy.

Brings me to my point... how long do you guys stay on the beach, if you can be bothered to get dragged there at all?

A poll might be warranted, but, meh, this works too.

I live just a couple minutes away from the beach.

I don't go there - I just get in the pool. No time for beaches. Especially on weekends.

Edit: That and nobody deserve to see me on the beach anyway. :D

I lived less than a mile from the beach for twenty years, and I can count the number of times I went on my fingers. :p

When you live that close to the beach, it looses all it's appeal, haha.

I'm with you on this one bro.  I never spend more than 1 to 1 1/2 hrs at the beach.

BUT:  since you are on a beautiful vacation, with you girl, I would give in a little and stay longer for her.  

OR:  If you want to have a fun time, bring her down there after dark, when no one is there, for some moonlight romance.  ;)

I don't like the beach... hate the sand.

I'm with Mr. Shizzy on this one, do it for your girl. I mean its not all day, every day right?

Depending on the people I'm with, I could stay for a long time.

V1, shady = west cost and South Carolina = east cost

Wee did last year, and I enjoyed that. I'll suggest wee do that again tonight. Wee have a pretty pic of it from right at sundown... lemme see if I can find it...

I'll see if the cool, ocean air is as enjoyable this time as it was last year :)
