According to Wikipedia, 'Ramen (ラーメン rāmen) is a Japanese noodle dish that originated in China.'
Am I the only one confused by this?
no. double you tee eff yo.
it's just Japanese Ramen and CHinese Ramen are really different from taste to the way to cook.
I'm thinking China invented it, and Japan borrowed the concept and came up with their own version.
From what I know, Japan "borrows" a fair bit from China.
It sounds similar to Chinese "la mian", dunno if there's any similarity though.
yeah, if you read it correctly, they sounds identical, since L and R in japanese is basically the same thing
i guess it was chinese decent then...
all this talk about ramen, makes me want to eat it.
Hearty, get outta here with your sense making! :p
