Yea i think everyone knows the scene is slowly dying........ That's why when sony release a new update i am hoping something new comes along like PSN friends list..... That might make DA or GEN ..... Get up and make a new CFW.

i can finally enjoy my PSP-2000 with 550gen/prometheus to the max,.. now that i don't spend all my space working on theme's,. hehe

also with PSP theming now is't as simple to start with as in the beginning,. there is so much you can change now and with rcomage you can change almost everything,..

Everything inevitably comes to an end, eventually.

And the PSP is almost there.

What did you expect?  It's been years.

Frankly, if you want all of this, do it yourself. I tell this to everyone complaining about the PSP scene.

Though the thing is that Sony also ignored the PSP due to whatever reasons. New PSP is in development, but this being Sony it can vary for ultra awesome to downright poo poo. Still I do not see much hope for the PSP...

For commercial stuff:
- UFC 2010 - September 17. 2010
- Split Second - Q4 2010
- Madden 2011
- Kingdon Hearts - English version
- God of War - Ghost of Sparta
- SONY is still updating OFW - so maybe they will add something exciting

For Homebrew Stuff:
- Animated Themes are still being released (as far as I know - V1 is still working on V1 Update)
- I believe DaedalusX will reach near perfection (at least with the important N64 games)before the team is done
- Some cool plugins are coming  ;)
- Even SEGA Dreamcast is still getting homebrew releases.  So I doubt it will ever die.


Not to mention, PSP is still the most advanced handheld gaming system in the world, that is available to the public.  How else or wee going to play GTA and GOW on the road?

When 3DS is released, I believe that will be the final nail in PSP's coffin   :/

Guess I was typing too fast.
There is, and never will be a Dreamcast emu for PSP  
Sorry for the misleading post bro...

You can get a VMU emulator for the PSP that is as close to the Dreamcast as you can get.

As for the scene dying, I am pretty sure its dead. When more homebrew and emulators or coming to the Dreamcast instead of the PSP, that means something, lol. I am pretty sure that's what Mr Shizzy meant to say.
