So I was just watching news and I was wondering if pot is legal in Oakland California?
it was in spanish so my understanding was very low O_o

ive actually heard that weed is completely legal in oakland, it started because of oaksterdam.
i don't beleive it but i heard this months ago, about half a year ago actually.
medicinal marijuana is legal all over the state if you have a prescription.

Marijuana is legal in California but only for medical reasons, you have to have a prescription.
Also it's only recognized as a state law not a federal, so the government (DEA) can come and bust you anytime they want to.
