well have you tried decompressing them with Resurssiklunssi?

I'm not too experienced in this field but I recommend you check out the Power Tools Customization thread that deals with firmwares up to 6.10. (you can find Resurssiklunssi there too)

Resurssiklunssi is req FW 3.03 OE, i have psp slim is only PSP FAt if u have psp fat help to decrypt the rco
