ATM, some random ringtone that came on it. I have my phone on vibrate 99% of the time. I rarely answer calls anyways, so most just text me. Now that I think of it... I should change ringtones.

and for messages i use the PS3 trophy sound

My phone call ringtone is part of the song Acceptance from Silent Hill Shattered Memories and my message ringtone is also the sound of the phone when you take photos from the ghosts, I recorded it from the game with a microphone and it really shocks me when I get a message!

I don't really use my phone so it was I like little girls, by oingo boingo for the longest time :/

I don't remember what it is now though... (battery died)
