Ol'riight let's begin. 1st off this may not be the right place to put this post... sorry¿

Ok, so I've been looking around the net for released games on 6.20 ofw 2 decrypt, patch, build, then play on 5.50 Gen D3. Getting' real annoyed that I can't decrypt the eboot for Persona 3 Portable... Yoshihiro's tool just keep givin' me the "cannot decrypt, yada yada yada, unknown" wth? It's never givin' me a problem until today (even Birth By Sleep was good to me). So uhm any suggestions on getting P3P up and runnin'? Oh and by the way, YES I have been searchin' on a confirmed solution in the web, SOL. Most of them are problems others had with their P3P and the lamo's who responded to their posts weren't much help either, they just wanted their name stamped on the thread... jeebus. So EP help me out

Dam. I've heard so many people say the Prometheus was a joke, that disasters cannot help but to fall upon it's lap. Your the first person I've heard who actually doesn't seem somewhat disappointed, distressed, shot down ,or even at all, remotely unhappy. Satisfied? (All that from your one sentence heh)

So how did you do it? Does it have auto-decryption in prometheus err something along the lines of that?

Well I was running GEN-D3 before, then Persona 3 came out and everyone said it won't run unpatched on GEN-D3 so I just upgraded to 5.50 Prometheus v5. Persona runs, so do my other games and my PSP had no bad side effects^^

Well. Hah. Problem solved with a simple solution such as "just upgrade".
Dam. I feel terrible that millions with the same problem, still have the problem.
I guess it was luck that you just so happened to stumble in here.

Well I've done what you asked about the unruly defamation of Prometheus with myself not even knowing I did. As I said before, "millions with the same problem, still have the problem" and I know this because of all the sites, forums, blogs, etc; that I searched the past few days for my incredibly simple answer.

Google "Persona 3 Problem" and you see that this thread is top 5! x}
Not only that... EP gets all the publicity.
