Endless Paradigm

Hey guys i decide to animate one wallpaper i have.
The wallpaper is this:

I already added animated clouds and now i decide to animate the windmill.
So i cut the windmill wings and i tried to fix them and add transparency too.
But look the final icon:

Total mess.
So can anyone help me with this ?

i would say take that windmill out and put another one in there. The one it currently has looks like poo poo and would be hard to animate.

it doesn't matter in rco edit in the options tick "make first color transparent" and it will automatically remove the black background, if it removes some of the windmill too try converting the icon to index color with a different matte color and then replace it in rco edit

Erh i don't know how.I don't use photoshop so....

No the transparency is ok but i can't do the wings very well.
They looks like broken

Do you have a cut out of the original?
An issue with the source image is that some of the flaps are hidden, so you may need to recreate the missing parts.
What part are you having troubles with?  Extracting the image or making it transparent?

Yeah i cut it from the original photo.
But i have trouble with the wings.They looks broken.

its very small area to work with also the windmill is kinda blended,. very hard to cut out,. i would try and skip the windmill,.

also my PS skills aint very great,.;p

By the way mine aren't very good.

The best way might be rebuilding it from scratch , i know its a hard task to complete , but the best solution it is.

The problem is that i found this photo in another theme.I didn't make it.
Otherwise i could add another windmill.....
