There's probably a log somewhere which contains all the details of the BSoD, if it's too quick to read.

Otherwise, if it's not a driver issue, it could be a system stability problem (usually unstable CPU/RAM) from overclocking/overheating or bad timings.

Hmm, it seems to only happen when I leave downloads (direct and torrent) running for a long time.
