I watched it tonight, gonna add to my quickfire tomorrow.
Wouldn't describe it the way you did but it's definitely the funniest of the 5 new anime I've started so far. (though only 2/3 are comedies)
Also, I'll do you guys who want to void from the streaming link (eew) that the subs are done by RaveSubs, a brand new group and that's pretty evident in their script :P
