well as the title says, how often are you staring into a screen? be it a computer, ipod, tv, cellphone or whatevers. i know i spend nearly all my time awake looking at one. the only time i get away is when im doing some work or driving. this has to have some long term effects.
damn i really need to get out more...
well that depends on a certain amountage of stuffness. mostly work and on the way to work is the least amount of time i spend staring at a digital display of somesort.
Most of the day really, only time I'm not looking is when I go out someplace or when I am sleeping.
when im at home im looking at a screen (TV/laptop), when im at work im looking at a screen (Checkout screen). When im at school i do IT (Computer).

at home i have my PC and laptop
at work i have the handheld scanner, the checkouts and the computers
out and about i have my phone and i used to have my ipod and i have my camera screen

Yeah me too.
I work and play on computers for a start. Thinking about it the only time I'm not is breakfast and dinner... and if the family is going out somewhere.
I've been meaning to take a break to read some of the manga I have though.
