so its a theme image,. a hacked theme file,. duh,.... a dynamic p3t editor would be nice though,. ;p although i had prefer full rco exces,. woot

I never even heard of a RAF image
I wonder if it's anything like a GIF. This would be the closest to making a somewhat custom dynamic theme :D
