well if you look closely then you see the icon's are the same only when slected a glow icon is added(not really glow but a real icon) so the icon gets bigger,.. also the glow icon don't blink,.. so now when a icon is selected you have extra color and size icon,..

so if i was to make a ptf i could add the glow icon's but they would be blinking if not used in combo with my cistom theme,..
