I would have loved an announcement of like 99% eradication of RRoD with the new design. Also, if you exchange your old 360 in, you should get 80% off the price or something. Because paying for faulty hardware, then paying to get it fixed 4 years later is an absolute crock.
Regardless, I'm still excited over Gears 3. It might bring together some of my old online buddies again, but who knows...?
Kinect probably won't have that big an impact on my gaming unless my girlfriend wants it badly enough. Most of my gaming when she is around is a lot more casual.

Seriously, Natal/Kinect seems to be another gimmicky eyetoy... but PS2 had it; and wee all know how much staying power the eyetoy had.
Good for about 7 days, I reckon, and then the owners will be bored with it, and go back to their halos and modern warfare.
End of the day, I think Kinect will just be a massive hole in the gamer economy's collective pockets, and Microsoft will be sliding on it's back right behind us, eating every dime that is dropped.
