How do i adjust the name labels position of the top menu icon's..

How do i make the custom logo bigger inthe opening rco?

Wanted to try some value's but i thought maybe somebody give my good instruction's!?
(asuming this can be done with rco editor)

1) You can't
2) Just use a bigger image - if it's too big, you'll get a white block instead.
