I want to get peoples opinions on something^^'

I'm from Germany as you guys may or may not know and well my father has lived now in his flat for more then 30 years, about 20 years ago he sat up a satellite dish on his balcony and no one ever complained. Now the company who owns the houses totally renovates the outside of them and my father received a letter saying satellite dishes are no longer allowed. All fine to that point, however later the letter states if the hirer is of Russian, Turkish etc. nationality he/she is allowed to keep his/her dish.

Imho that's plain unfair and wrong. Why can't natives have a satellite dish in their own country but others can? Erk
My father is thinking of suing the company but he isn't sure...
I agree. That is not fair.

A lawsuit is in order Specky
SUE. SUE. SUE.

Racism is so totally not cool
That's stupid...

I could see not having any dishes what-so-ever... just so that the building looks nice...
but that just makes the purpose of that useless...
yeah it's not right, they have no reason to impose those restrictions only on the germans

im unsure of how laws work around you but that's surely not fair

how are they to prove your nationality? can't you just say "hey im russian!" and the satellite stays?
Probably because the local cable has no Russian Turkish tv channels?
Yes very lame!
Yeah, i just totally fudgeraged when i read that...all i can say is sue them asap; not only are they being petty dicks, but racist ones as well.
