To everyone saying "SUE THEM !!11!11oneone!!eleven!!!".  Sueing someone isn't as easy as that, there's a whole crapload of other things you need to take consideration of.


If you win the lawsuit, all that's going to happen is them allowing you to keep your satelite dish (you won't be getting major $$$ out of something like that).  If you loose, enjoy the $$$ in legal fees.  I don't really think it's worth the risk (unless you think you have a very high chance of success).

It is considered racial discrimination, so if there's such laws against that, you can probably win a court case.
So if that's the case, I'm guessing you could simply refuse?  And also send a legally threatening letter that you won't remove it.  If they get rid of it themselves, then they potentially have to buy a new satellite dish if you win the court case, so they have a disincentive.

I also said he should keep it, it's the only dish in the whole area and I really doubt somebody will check for a lone, partially not noticeable (from the road), satellite dish..... nor do I think will they really be bothered enough to care...
