No I meant the person who wrote the song, not the cartoon-ized version.

The [sound] tag will play all audio formats your browser can play.

hmmm... two things are missing from this guide (obviously every1 know) custom coldboot sound and the link for XMB sounds doesn't work!

Y was this guide abandoned?
Is this guide compatible with 3.90? I havnt had much luck finding a dycrypted top_menu_plugin.rco that will show anything when opened in the editor.

you just need the latest RCOEdit and a decompressed 3.90 topmenu_plugin.rco.
