PSP Homebrew developer Test30 dropped by the QJ.Net Forums earlier to announce the release of Flasher XMB v0.5. Aside from being able to flash your PSP's XMB (hence the name) and other archives, this latest release now features an English menu. Here are the details for version 0.5:

Changelog:
* the program can flashear PRX
* the program can make backup of the PRX
* fixed some Bug
* fixed the problem that the button UP did not work
* the language of the menu is English

flash0 with usb for me, don't use any of these.
