I was just wondering the same exact thing..  

patpat had a rcoeditor mod on his blog, if i am not mistaken it would allow decompression & compression of rco files,.. IDK for sure if that is what it is though...

Was released shortly after rcomage, i think...I don't remember for sure...

I saw it before maaaaaaaaaaany days but it was in chinese and i couldn't work it.
But now it has english.

Ye, I seen it a very long time ago myself as well...But the changelog on it, is capable through other tools as well, so I really never used it...
