Interesting answers. Somewhat expected it, though it seems that back roads aren't as (psychologically) dangerous as some people make them out to be in certain parts of the world...
Well, that depends, over here most people tend to avoid minor streets at night time since that's is the easiest time and place to get mugged =/
Mind you, many "major" roads don't have much activity at night either...
Ha, you're right they're also dangerous too :P
Minor roads, because less people use them during the night time and daytime where I live.
