I lost my house/car keys today; i do have other ones, but i have a looming feeling of something bad happening. Course, i feel stupid; because the keys are attached to a huge strap; if they had slipped out of my pocket i would've noticed it. I WAS in an amusement park; but it really doesn't make sense how they fell out while my earbuds were totally fine and a lot more likely to fall out.
Still...Ugh...I all i can say is that i feel stupid; what to do...

Worse thing that can happen is someone can enter your house or jack your car, but they would have to look all around wherever you live just to find it. lol

I'm hyper paranoid when I have important stuff in pockets I KNOW have a tendency to let go of its contents whenever I sit down.
That's why I would check my pockets every time I stood up or got out of a car.
As for your situation, go back and ask if they found any keys or if any were given to the staff by someone who found them.

its why my phone is always in my left pocket without fail
left pocket = phone
right pocket = keys, wallet, USB drive
