Never got grounded but i did get beaten up

The few times I was ground my mom would tell me I was ground for a week, an hour later she would say just don't do it again. For that hour I acted even more pissed off then I really was.

Also, I've never been grounded, I just got spankings.  Mainly with extension cords, not the big orange drop cords, just the regular ones that are about hmm... 4 feet or something.
