Just drove to work in my new ride!
It's got a cop motor, a 440 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspensions, cop shocks. It tried to kill me once, but it failed.
I got waved at by 2 community service cars and 1 real police.
19 people moved out of my way and 2 sped passed me after seeing my temp plates.
Fun times fun times!!!
Need to hook up the bright lights and horn because they were disconnected for the wig-wag lights. And I need to figure out why the Dash-Cam system doesn't power on.

So what is it that is causing people to think it is a cop car? Also, could you get a fine for that? My gf got a ticket for having a blue light on her wheels, since it was "impersonating a police officer" or something to that effect. Regardless, sexy car!

Not yet lol...if it lasts for 4 years i can put a super charger on it and jump from 260hp to 400+hp! :D
wiki says it will do 0-60 in 7.8 seconds...not bad...scooby was down to the mid 4's when I was playing around with some iphone software. But this gets up and goes any time you press the gas.
Its definitely stronger than the scooby...and in 2006 they started lining the front doors with kevlar for bullet proofing, and putting steel plates in the back of the front seats to protect from stabbings :P
No I can't get in trouble for driving it. There are no police lights attached, and there never was since it was a Detectives car :D
Getting on the highway I used to take the on ramp in the 50-60 mph range...today I was doing it around 35-40 and hit the gas at the wrong time and fishtailed REAL BAD! Scared the spoon out of me and my wife who was following behind me. But I kept it in my lane, didn't fall off the road, and still here to tell the story! Now I'm a little scared of the winter LOL...

It's a Crown Victoria, pretty much what all cop cars are, and it's perfectly legal to own one. xD

well as long as he doesn't do anything that makes him look like a cop. then he won't get pulled over and or arrested
police over here used Volvos, Vauxhalls and Skodas
a couple of Police Mitsubishi Evo IX and Subaru Imprezas exist too
