I'm on a PSP 3000 running 5.03 Prometheus v4.
im getting that error too and its stopping me from downloading stuff even after i just cancel that error and try to proceed. I have googled it and read over a few threads on various forums. Looks to be a new problem and has nothing to do with Prometheus. It looks to be a new kind of error and from what i have read there is no solution yet. Might need to wait for a psnlover update.

bad luck dude, has worked fine with me for ages, i just can't seem to download stuff now. However i use the plugin to play my games online, so downloading stuff from the PSN store isn't that big of a deal. Im sure they will fix it in some update to come.
