I believe this has to do with a screenshot of me telling a user by the name of *-Sexy-* something along the lines of I hope you don't mind if I hack, it's exactly the same as a 3v2

*-Sexy-* then proceeded to get angry because after all the ap he bought I still had the skill to kill him/her.

I would like to point out that the I was being purely sarcastic when I said the statement and was playing completely legit the entire match...

I am quite annoyed that you would ban someone just on some sarcasm... I believe people should be innocent until proven guilty not treated and guilty and then hours to days later when the ticket is resolved treated innocently

I would request an apology for being eXx1l3d unjustly, and I request that I am unbanned as soon as possible, thank you very much

Also, it would appear that the e-mail on my old account is no longer supported, may I know why, and is there any way I can get this fixed?

While it is not good to claim one uses hacks even sarcastically, your punishment was not based on that statement. Your punishment was based on insulting a player using profanity. It is also based on your account's history of prior offences concerning insulting players.

I've asked for proof before and they have easily blurred out names and other info so there is no privacy issue.
