Static Subs are good but Mazui and definitely good enough - their Railgun was great. Don't waste your time and just get the Mazui releases.
Also, this is the worse of the 3 starts I've seen so far this season.
Extremely vague plot [anything can be explained with... anything at this point] with typical.. boring characters [they must have had a generator at hand] with explosions on top [and at a cute girl who seems to be supposedly bad with the personality, it seems, of Yuki Nagato.. let alone Yuri being a Haruhi wannabe].
Live performance can be considered fanservice and the only decent bit to be found in an otherwise disappointing start to a greatly anticipated anime.

Vague Plot: err did you understand anything at all from first ep of durarara? even right now it doesn't make any sense to me, not by a long shot.
Typical Boring character: can't say much here since pretty much wee've gotten a name any a face. not much else. i do hate the way she uses the guns like toys though.
