Endless Paradigm

Basically I made my dads website a while ago (he's an artist) but the server has gone down and I was wondering if anyone knew of any servers that were reliable and fast? For relativley small fee....he doesn't mind paying, but obv if it's a bit cheaper then that's good. Thanks.
