Endless Paradigm

well i had some trouble with my comp n now most of my settings r gone like most of my icons n stuff nothing is missing  my browser history n cookies n other stuff r gone
my quick launch bar has gone
most of my settings r changed that is default settings
is there any way to restore my settings

i can't even get to this site from my comp at home

i think it must be a virus

but i havent tried mozilla at home because i don't want to download it on that comp

and i have theportable edition on my usb drive

so i got to find it and use
hoping it will work

so is there any  way to restore settings

you can reset your dns

To flush DNS, go to Start»Run»cmd
Type
ipconfig /flushdns

i don want to reset it i want to restore my setting

oh i don't know bout that one
