On Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X, PeerGuardian uses a driver to queue all incoming and outgoing connections. Connections are checked for their status in the blocklist using a binary search."

i would think this would prevent blocklisted IPs from seeing your IP because there would never be a connection on their end.
Meh, I'm certain that authorities would know about this application, and could easily bypass it if they wanted to.  I guess, it does make you feel safer perhaps, but in practice, IDK.
the authorities can get around anything...

I don't use it. I generally don't care if cops want to waste their time stalking me.

I use it, I guess like zinga said, it makes me sleep better at night.

I used to use it but then PeerGuardian went through some drama and I was like "Poke it"
