O_o, it takes about 5 seconds just to launch a homebrew, and about 7 to exit one...

I just go Network Update, press down 4 times, X, down 2 times, X, connect USB to PC.  Win+E, open drive, copy file over, pull out USB, press X, down, X and everything's done :)
