NICE!

Over here I'm voting for the Presidential candidate that is not for this certain health bill that's gonna make condoms illegal. Isn't this country of mine overpopulated enough?

I sure wish this bill of yours passes.
But i still wonder , isn't us federal law supreme over state law ? And aren't there federal laws against stuff like weed ? So how legal would it really be ?
Personally I think all toxins should be illegal, but alas alchohol is something widely accepted so there's really a sense of hypocrisy if weed isn't allowed. Though I'm not sure what weed does exactly to the body, I'd be pissed if I died in a car accident because someone was way too high. Also, (sorry guys) weed stinks; if such a thing became legal; kids would smoke it up all day and carry the scent with them which may or may not carry around side effects to the concentration of the smells. That, and just the fact it's just damn stinky, I would go nuts if I had to be around the smell all day; much less get affected from it myself.

You could say I'm reluctant to see weed legalized, but I would want to see how society handles it first; then make a consensus later, but seriously? Drawing in all these matters on hand, id rather just keep weed illegal so there won't be any headaches to resolving any issues in the future.

P.S. Yes, I said kids would do it because it would be as trivial as kids getting their hands on alchohol; so legalization is just a bigger headache.

dude, its (semi)legal over here, in the Netherlands. And NONE of the problems you mentioned are happening here.

So relax!

Groeten uit Nederland ;)
