Nintendo's president and CEO, Satoru Iwata, recently told a Japanese newspaper that the company was working on a DS successor that would have "highly detailed graphics" and use a sensor with the ability to "read the movements of people playing".

Honestly, Nintendo and now some inspired companies cannot settle with some normal casual technology which has been working for about 2 decades now, but eh, soon as technology advances the new generation will find shit like the Wii and this the to be the standard stuff.

I'm assuming that FINALLY nintendo will get with the multimedia program; meaning that this thing will be able to play videos + movies because according to what I've read, this thing packs an NVIDIA tegra chip >_>

I saw a couple of those 3D tv's awhile ago... (was playing some stupid game on them and couldn't really review them that well... It would have been better if they used a video instead...) They could be using them...

Because casual gamers fill their wallets better than hardcore gamers.

I guess I'll get one of these when the launch titles are good.
