Endless Paradigm

Why do I get the feeling that MS is just getting desperate? They've already made so many arbitrary alterations to what wee know as the "fail browser" that it just seems to be one big rehash with a few more things. I've barely used IE 8 and still hate it.

Applications that force open IE... and you STILL havent gone through the "Welcome to Internet Explorer 8 blarb you HAVE to go through or ask to come back to later.
