Okay, that's awfully vague but wherever I've come across music defined specifically as "Techno" is pretty boring. I found more that I like in Electronic.

I think very few people here (Shady, me and some other members apart) would even actually know who IM are. Awesome if I'm wrong though.

I think I am getting into PsyTrance of late. I hardly listen to anything else. That and some house.

I like techno...but...I've listened to a few songs so I am not quite sure in what genre it would classify. But in general terms I do like it...ab bit though...

I think I am getting into PsyTrance of late. I hardly listen to anything else. That and some house.

I went to my first Goa party in 97 I think and have been to over 50 since then. I have seen IM live a few times now. I live close to NYC so finding a good party is not that hard. Mind you ging to clubs and going to a Goa or Pscy party are very different in many ways. I'm glad that EP has people that understand that techno is so much more.

chiptune, Drum and Bass kind of stuff i like

Clubs (while good) cannot compare to Psych parties. The music is ... just different. Here the scene is changing. People are getting into PycTrance and DJs (which is common, I think), but the DJs that tend to come here are... guess... inspired from Goa trance. Though not necessarily old school Goa, the roots are still apparent in Psy.

Hmm... I don't listen to much Techno, but I have heard some "House Music" (the House music I heard was from the 90's though...) and I liked it.  Other than that, I don't really care for Techno, but it's not all that bad to listen to.  I mean if someone was to play a song from that genre I wouldn't go "Hey!! Turn that *bleep* off!!" or something like that.  I'm just open to any type of music in general...

alright.. some good input here.. again.. if you havent listened to much techno I recommend you go to the downloads section at http://www.chigukom.com and get the stuff there.. marching forward by chi gu kom and listen to difference.. those are my favs atm..tell me what YOU think of them
