Lol, don't get 480GTX.  Get HD5970 (= 2x 5870) instead.  Way better card for like almost the same cost (according to Zinga 4 posts up).

Pretty much.  At best, the GTX480 is slightly better than the 5870, but consumes almost as much power as the 5970 and probably produces about as much heat.
5970 is 2x5870, though slightly downclocked (so 2x5870 in Crossfire > 5970).

Actually, looking at some reviews, the 480GTX seems to be about 10-15% faster than the 5870.

Actually, looking at some reviews, the 480GTX seems to be about 10-15% faster than the 5870.

waiting for the "2x480 520gtx" ;p woot woot,. sadly there is no talk of such a graphics card,. hehe

i sold my 295gtx because i already had this card for like 1.25 year and soon with the new cards the price would drop,. and i don't really need the 295gtx now because most games i play are PS3 games,.

Got to remember that the 5970 beats the poo poo out of the GTX480 though.
The 5870 is more comparable.

Look at the very bottom bar.... that's a lot of power...

I believe NewEgg don't ship outside the US.
But it's usually been a ripoff for people in Europe/UK area (and especially now with the depreciating Euro).
