I am not smart with computers
is there any way ram could help my cpu usage?
its always at 37%
and my cpu usage is at 20%
I am not runing any programs and I was wondering if you can help

any advice to low my cpu usage?
any advice to make my internet go faster?
any advice help too

Processor~ Pentium dual core cpu E5300 @ 2.60GHz
Memry on Hard Drive~ 447GB free of 584GB
Installed Ram~ 4.00GB

that's a terrible solution...

probably you have spyware/adware infested on your computer...i suggest you run malwarebytes.org antimalware free version and get off what it finds.

that's cool i guess. take schmilks advice about malware checks, also, if your process speed is getting eaten up, check what's running under processes. theres probably a bunch running that you don't need anyway.

Paging is the "proper" name for swap (the latter just happened to like stick around in the Linux community).
So yes.  Though that shouldn't be the solution as Windows automatically allocates the optimal amount of swap/virtual memory to use.
