I just wish Windows would have a sleep timer function automatically built into it (yes I've seen programs for it, but still wish it was added in already, similar to how I wish you could pin certain windows). I'd use it for when I'm watching either a movie or listening to music while going to sleep.

Start » Run » powercfg.cpl

For Windows 7, click on Change plan settings for your active plan, then choose the advanced option, scroll down to Sleep » Sleep after and choose the time to automatically sleep.
For XP, it's around there somewhere in one of the tabs.
I turn off because sometimes my computer falls into other hands and then they try to see what i was doing
