Does it still work? How long have you had it? Do you still use it?
Well I don't have any of my originals, but I do have like a 4 year old psp ms pro duo but I tried to see what was on it the other day and it didn't want to read :( I only tried once, I'm sure I could have messed with it for a little bit and got it to work.

Probably way longer than 4 years, like 6 or something. But I guess it doesn't really count, since the last 3 years of that 6 was not in use (I bought a bigger one).
Don't even use USB sticks these days, portable HDD for the win.
For USB sticks, probably 2 years. IDK, but all the ones I've owned seem to die out after around 2 years of use, which is really annoying cause you lose everything on the drive as well (I don't backup often enough).
My 1GB Lexar memory stick is still going fine since bought in Dec 2005 though. But I haven't written to it as much as I do to my USB sticks.
I seem to lose mine after about 3 months of usage. I do have one that's held together with tape and has bits of casing missing from it that I've had for about years but I havent used it in ages. It's only a 1GB and its veeeeery slow. Slow as in 2MB/s reads and 700KB/s writes.
I recently lost a very nice Transcend Jetflash 4GB. I'd written a piece of coursework in the morning, saved it to the drive and then I went and had lunch. I forgot it in the computer and some motherfudgeer 'borrowed' it complete with work. I backup my flash drive nightly but, of course, the work hadn't been backed up yet. Gone. I checked back on that computer for temp files and the like but they're all removed at logoff. I had to redo it.
my USB drives last about a month then the contacts die, it's great fun
My 4gb USB = ....6 years?? or 5
My 4gb Memory stick (orig) = ...4 or 5 years..
My Photofast 8+8= 16gb = 1 year (the casing is almost broken)
Edit: All my flash disk are working even my MS. I have many flash disk at home
6 six years for only a 128 mb usb which I don't even still use
